Project overview
This project is a modern bilingual website for a barber shop, designed to present services clearly and provide users with easy access to information. The website includes key sections such as a hero section, about section, services, booking, contact information, map integration, and footer. The primary language is Georgian, with additional English language support, making the website more flexible and accessible to a wider audience.
The project is built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS 4. It uses next/font for Georgian typography, next/image for image optimization, lucide-react for icons, and the App Router architecture for a modern and scalable structure. The website features a fully responsive design, mobile-friendly interface, smooth scrolling, animations, a scroll-to-top button, a sidebar menu, and manually configured SEO features such as metadata, sitemap, and robots configuration.
Functionally, the website is capable of showcasing barber shop services, displaying pricing information, presenting a booking form, showing contact details and map location, and allowing users to switch between Georgian and English languages. It serves as a strong foundation for a fully featured salon or barber shop presentation website, with the possibility of later integrating a real booking system, admin dashboard, or backend functionality.
